Curran + Associates was founded by Geoff Curran in 1998 and is an executive recruitment business that partners with organisations to secure management and professional talent, for both permanent and contract positions.

Initially, Curran + Associates were focussed on meeting the needs of the call and contact centre industry. Since that time it has become a business that provides recruitment solutions across the complete spectrum of sales and service delivery, direct distribution, business process outsourcing and back office operations. 

Having partnered with an impressive group of organisations for over 12 years both nationally and abroad, Curran + Associates have established themselves as a formidable player in the market. Operations have expanded from Melbourne and Sydney into Singapore and the Philippines in South Asia handling mid to senior level management appointments for such industries as banking and finance, telecommunications, outsourcing/ BPO, utilities and technology.

Along with Geoff Curran the Managing Director, Nicole Layton, recently appointed General Manager – NSW, James Kopp, General Manager - VIC, as well as Geoff Daly as Managing Director – Philippines, the management of C+A lead a team of professional consultants with over 150 years of combined recruitment experience.
