A Candidate's guide to the recruitment process with Curran + Associates
1. Initial contact via web, phone or email
2. 15-20min conversation is usually undertaken to understand needs and requirements
3. If a suitable match is identified and mutually agreed then a more detailed interview is organised
4. A 1 hour interview takes place to understand skills, experience and job motivation
5. Potential opportunities are identified and approved prior to presentation to client organization
6. Method and regularity of communication is agreed moving forward
7. On occasion, supporting documentation or background checks may be requested
8. Reference checks are taken with prior approval.
9. Negotiation of job offer is facilitated including advice on negotiation process
10. Post commencement, Curran will conduct regular follow up to assist with the transition into the new role.
