As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will develop and maintain a sales pipeline, and ensure all new opportunities and leads are actioned.

You will prospect and win new business and oversee the implementation of accounts won.

Proactively develop and foster strategic relationships with industry partners and third party suppliers to maximise business opportunities for both parties and deliver enhanced value propositions; and develop cross functional / cross team relationships to ensure opportunities are booked.

To be successful in this role; you will have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT and extensive experience in corporate business development and relationship management. Be familiar with a CRM database and understand compliance & HR procedures.

You will also come from financial services, ideally from commercial cards, corporate travel or expense management; and understand corporate financial business drivers and technology needs and of course a proven track record in SALES!!

You will undoubtedly have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated problem solving; a strong analytical mind with exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.

Your sense of urgency and working well to deadline will also make you stand out as well as your exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work load.

As a true sales professional you will be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others and be proactive with your approach.
